All purchases and payments are handled directly through external online stores such as Google Play, Apple App Store, and Meta (Facebook). For this reason, transaction details are not shown inside the game.

You can view your full transaction history by following the steps below for the platform you used:

Google Play (Android)

Here's how to access your Google Play receipts:
1) Open the Google Play App.
2) Tap Menu Menu and then Account
3) Tap Purchase history.

You can also view your receipts in your email, below is an example:

 


Apple App Store (iOS)

Here's how to access your App Store receipts:

1) Open the 'Settings' on your Apple device.
2) Open the top row that says your name and that underneath it says Apple ID, iCloud, Media & Purchases.
3) Open 'Media & Purchases' (with the App Store icon), and then 'View Account'.
4) Open 'Purchase History', and then locate the purchase you've made.
5) When you find it, open the purchase via the 'Total Billed' button.
6) Resend the receipt to your email, and send us a screenshot. It looks like this:

Meta (Facebook)


Here’s how to access your Facebook/Meta receipts:

1. Go to facebook.com and log into your account.
2. Click your profile picture in the top right corner.
3. Select Settings & Privacy.

Then click Settings. 

Open Meta Pay / Payments / Orders and payments. (the label may vary) 
4. Open Payment activity / Activity, locate the purchase, and open the transaction.
5. Download the receipt (or take a screenshot of the receipt page) and send it to us.
6. You can also view your receipts in your email.
