How do I claim my Lord of the Board Web Store purchase?
You can purchase special Lord of the Board offers through the official Web Store and receive the rewards directly in your game account.
How to purchase from the Web Store
Open the Lord of the Board Web Store.
Log in using Facebook or your Login Code (Located in your settings).
Once you are logged in, you will see the available offers.
Choose the offer you want to buy.
Complete the payment using one of the available payment methods.
After the purchase is completed, tap Back to game.
Open Lord of the Board.
A Purchase Successful pop-up should appear with the rewards you received.
Tap Awesome to collect your rewards.
Where will my rewards appear?
Your purchased rewards are added directly to your Lord of the Board account after the purchase is completed. You should see a confirmation pop-up in the game showing the coins, rolls, or other items included in the offer.
I completed a purchase, but don’t see my rewards. What should I do?
First, make sure you are logged into the same Lord of the Board account that you used for the Web Store purchase. Then close and reopen the game.
If the rewards still do not appear, please contact our Support and include:
Your Player ID
The offer you purchased
A screenshot or receipt of the purchase
Can I get free rewards from the Web Store?
Yes. If a free bonus is available, you can claim it from the Web Store after logging in. In the video, a daily bonus reward appears before the store offers are shown.
Do I need to return to the game after purchasing?
Yes. After the Web Store confirms that the purchase is complete, tap Back to game so the rewards can be delivered and displayed in Lord of the Board.
