Each table has a different level requirement. As you level up and unlock new tables, they become more challenging -  this means the entry bet and the winning prize become bigger as well.

Note: In each cash table triangle you’ll find a doubling cube icon which shows that max number of doubles you can get for that table. You will also see a timer icon that shows the number of seconds you get per move.
